Prof*me — UdK Berlin Mentoring auf dem Weg zur Professur in Kunst und Wissenschaft
How can feminism be made visible? For the UdK mentoring programme we developed the name and visual identity. The name Prof*me, created via a participatory survey among FLINTA* communities, links professorship, mentoring and individual professionalisation. Building on this, we designed the logo and visual system: soft colour duos with gradients visualise the equal dialogue between mentee and mentor—signalling exchange, diversity and empowerment.
Wie kann Feminismus sichtbar werden? Für das UdK Mentoring Programm haben wir Name und Erscheinungsbild entwickelt. Der Name Prof*me entstand aus einer partizipativen Umfrage unter FLINTA*-Personen und verbindet Professur, Mentoring und individuelle Professionalisierung. Darauf aufbauend gestalteten wir Logo und visuelle Identität: Farbduos mit weichen Verläufen visualisieren den gleichberechtigten Dialog zwischen Mentee und Mentor*in – als Symbol für Austausch, Vielfalt und Empowerment.
